Denis J. Manginelli, MBA, CPA

Chief Financial Officer 

Denis has over 30 years of executive experience in financial management, administration, business strategy, consulting and M&A activities. His experience includes Fortune 500 companies, as well as start-up and rapidly growing small to midsize companies.

Denis spent over 20 years with Aventis, Inc. and its predecessor companies in various positions in the pharmaceuticals industry. In addition, he has held several chief financial officer positions in the pharmaceutical services arena, including CoreLab Partners, Inc. and Omnicare Clinical Research, Inc. In these positions, Denis also had responsibility for legal, human resources, facilities, contracts, pricing and other administrative functions. Denis’ focus is on profitability by controlling costs while supporting the growth of a business.

Denis started his career at Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young), where he led financial audits of various public and private companies.

Denis earned his BS degree in accounting from Long Island University – CW Post and his MBA in finance from St. John’s University. He is also a CPA.
