John is a proven global business executive who has successfully led divisions of a Fortune 50 corporation as well as a privately-held enterprise, both in the US as well as in Europe. John worked for Johnson & Johnson, the health care giant, for over 20 years, serving as the President of J&J Consumer France for three years, achieving record sales and profitability every year. At J&J, John also held leadership roles in Consumer Health Marketing, New Ventures, Strategic Planning, Operations, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Before joining FlowMetric Diagnostics, John served for four years as the President, North America of Sabert Corp., a privately-held entrepreneurial entity, where he led the organization to significant revenue growth and profitability.

John is known as a transformational leader, who focuses on building great organizations and businesses by empowering employees, launching breakthrough innovation, developing strong relationships with customers, creating scalable processes and programs, and incorporating operational excellence throughout the entity. John serves on many non-profit boards and graduated with an MBA from Duke University in 1992 and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Villanova University in 1985.
