Functional Proteomics Provides Powerful Insights Into the Mechanisms and Pathways of T-cell Activation

In vitro T-cell activation is an important means of immune-profiling for a variety of research and clinical applications. In this study, we use the Isoplexis Functional Proteomics system to evaluate T-cell activation in vitro using two different methods: PMA + Ionomycin and anti-CD3/CD28. Comparing the robustness and diversity of the cytokine responses reveals the need for fit-for-purpose experimental design and highlights the capability of this platform to interrogate T-cell subsets in a unique and powerful way.
